    SEC part deux

Onto the National Championships... our challenge to Michigan was not heeded, however we won out in the BCS battle to Glendale.  The Urban Transit will not be making the trip cross-country, although all possibilities for a trip were considered:

    - Amtrak
    - flat bed truck
    - $1000 in gas each way
    - teleportation
    - hiring Cleve, Mr. Wilson's handyman to shuttle us around the greater U.S.

All options were just not as good as staying in Vegas from Dec. 28th until game time.  So, you know where we'll be - at the $10 blackjack table in the NYNY hotel.  If we win enough, maybe we'll fly home and get the bus.

    --------------------------------

PS - we got our first "Traffic Citation" in the fabulous state of Georgia.  Too bad it was just for a broken headlight and not the myriad of other violations - tapped keg, open bottles of liquor, no seatbelts, 18 IKEA shelves blocking the actual seating.

    OFFICIAL CHALLENGE TO MICHIGAN

The BCS is terrible. We both know it.  They might pick us today.  That wouldn't be fair to you.  They might pick you, and that wouldn't be fair to us.  So I say we take matters in to our own hands.  I hereby challenge the University of Michigan to a football game against the University of Florida to take place two weeks prior to the OSU BCS national title game.  We can play in a neutral field to be arranged later.  Do I have the authority to do this?  Of course not. Is it the right thing to do?  Of course it is.

The gauntlet has been thrown.  Let's settle this like men, on the field.  Screw the BCS.
